You will also find extra pillows, linens, towels , beach towels and an electric washer & dryer. WiFi and high-speed internet make it easy to stay connected for business or pleasure. There is a desk with a computer monitor and printer available as well.

With the purchase of Temporary Resident ID cards ($50 for two IDs), you are entitled to use any of the executive golf courses (currently about 40 courses) and have the greens fees waived (paying only the small trail fee if you use a cart). At the Championship courses, resident rates will apply. You are welcome to enjoy not only any of the family friendly (under age 30) pools,but also any of the adult (30 and over) swimming pools including the Creekside of Sumter neighborhood pool located just around the corner from this home. Your temporary resident ID card gives you access to bocce ball, horse-shoe pits, billiard tables, shuffleboard, tennis & pickle ball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreation centers.
