The large kitchen area has a big island with stools and is fully stocked with every away from home convenience you will need. High speed wifi with Google Home/Google Mesh system installed. The master bedroom is stylishly decorated with a king bed, and 45 inch flat screen smart TV, a big master bath with walk-in shower, large walk- in closet, and ceiling fans. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen smart TV. If you work from home, the 3rd bedroom/den houses a desk area with two large monitors to connect to. The sofa bed has a brand new memory foam queen mattress.

You'll enjoy scenic walking/biking paths with easy access to neighboring Villages. The Ezell Recreational Center offers a state of the art fitness center, outdoor fitness area, pickleball/tennis courts, sports pool, bocce, corn hole and other activities nearby. Sawgrass Grove Market, along with McGrady's Pub, will be your go-to place for live music, activities, dining, and nightly entertainment. Other nearby shopping includes Magnolia Plaza and Lake Deaton Plaza (both with a Publix grocery store). In addition, the new Clifton Cove Putt & Play course and Southern Oaks Championship Course are just around the corner. It will be easy to fill your days and evenings with fun activities.

To preserve the air quality and keep the home allergy-free, this is a NON-SMOKING home and only non-shedding dogs are considered (no cats). No vaping, e-cigarettes, or drugs of any kind.

Rental Prices include all utilities, XUMO and RUKO TV to stream your Netflix, Prime, or other subscriptions, trash, lawn service, pest spray service, wireless internet, and Resident ID cards. Use of our 2019 Yamaha QuietTech Luxury Golf Cart (gas) is included in the rate.

Rental Policy:
2025 / 2026 Rates Posted
From January to April, must rent two consecutive months together. No single-month rentals for this time frame.
A $1,000 Security Deposit and First Month's Rent due within 7 days of booking, the remainder is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.
Rates do not include sales tax. No Refunds after final payment received.

Additional Charges:
$250 Cleaning Fee
$500 pet charge for the duration of stay (small non-shedding dogs considered)
$100 per night or $500 weekly for up to 2 additional guests staying in the home
7% state and local taxes

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation 60 days or more prior to your day of arrival, a full refund will be provided less a $200 processing fee.
If cancelling within 60 days or less prior to your day of arrival, no refund will be provided unless the home is re-rented for the same time/rate. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect your investment.
