My house Life is Good is a place to find relaxation, fun, and sun. This house is only rentable during the months of January, February, March, and April. This house has No smoking and No pets. No exceptions! I am looking for One or Two adults 55 or older to rent to during the winter season. Anyone staying in our home must be disclosed on the rental agreement. The house is 3 years old and fully furnished. This is a 3 bedroom house, the Master bedroom has a king size bed and a wall-mounted flat screen Roku TV. The guest room has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is an office with a full size futon. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, drying rack and sink. There are 2 full bathrooms, one in the master, the other is in the hallway. The living room has a television, with a couch, chair, and loveseat all of which are recliners. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, Samsung refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, double sink with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, new pots and pans and new dishes, coffee pot, tea pot, toaster oven, baking pans, flatware, etc. and a nice dining area that seats 6. There is also a screened in lanai with furniture as well. All rooms have ceiling fans including the lanai.

Complimentary and included in the rental are: Vacuum, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, linens, towels, pool towels, hangers, and blankets. You do not have to bring anything but your clothes and personal items!
Rent includes: utilities, property taxes, cable TV, high speed internet/Wifi, trash & lawn service, pest control, water, amenity fee, and temporary Villages resident ID in this home built in Dec 2019!

There are 2 pools within walking distance from the house. The Riverbend Recreation Center-Village of Linden has a family pool, billiards, bocce, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, pickle ball, tennis, fire pit, outdoor exercise stations, cornhole toss, and meeting rooms and the Swallowtail Recreation Center where the mailbox will be located offers an adult pool, cornhole toss, shuffleboard, and bocce.

Brownwood Paddock Square is just a 12 minute car ride away and offers shopping, nightly entertainment, movie theaters (hoping to open back up soon) and dining. The newly built Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center is a 5 minute drive which has a Publix and many other convenience services.

Life is Good is professionally cleaned, sanitized and maintained.

An $900 security deposit and 50% of the rent is due within 7 days of booking. This guarantees your reservation and locks in your rental contract period.
Full rental balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
The security deposit minus a $200 mandatory cleaning fee will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear.
Tenant cancellation will forfeit a mandatory $300 re-booking fee.
Tenant cancellation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payment unless we are able to secure another renter under the same terms.
Payments accepted: money order, cashiers check or wired funds.
