Rental Policy:

Rental Deposit - Non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due within 7 days of booking and prior to the first day of your stay. For a cancellation, for ANY reason, the deposit is only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented at the same rate(s).
Rental Balance - Remaining rental balance is due 60 days prior to occupancy.

$1000 Security Deposit - The home must be left in original clean and undamaged condition.
$170.00 cleaning fee
$50.00 resident pass optional (free visitor pass)

Check in is 3p on first day of rental period and check out is by 10a on last day of rental period.

Cancellation Policy: Rents are non-refundable, for ANY cancellation reason, unless other renters are able to be contracted for the same rental period at the same rate. ABSOLUTELY NO SUBLETTING.
