Rate:
$2000 a month for a 12-month lease. (Available to move in May 1st, 2026)

$1,500 Deposit plus last month rent secures the lease.

First month's rent due upon occupancy. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit. After inspection by owner's representative upon tenant departure, security deposit, minus cleaning fee, will be returned within 10 days, provided there is no damage to the property and it is reasonably clean. Lost ID cards, house keys, garage remote control will be deducted from your deposit. There will be a $50.00 charge for each lost item.

You pay electric, internet, phone, cable and Temp Villages ID $50 for the year (will get you into all the pools, recreation center and needed to play golf).

We pay for: water and sewer, weeding, trash/recycling pick-up, pest control and The Villages Amenities fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
