C. A transfer fee for 2 Village Resident ID's for a total of $50 is available for renters, this will allow a renter.

D. Daily/Weekly Rentals: Refundable Damage Security Deposit $250 and Cleaning Fee $100

E. Monthly Rentals: Refundable Damage Security Deposit $1,000 and Cleaning Fee $275

F. All Fees, Taxes & Full Rental amounts are due within 3 days after a renter lease agreement is issued & signed. Any
damages or missing items will be deducted from the returned Damage Deposit. This home is non-smoking & non-vaping. NO PETS allowed.

G. Method of payments: Visa, Mastercard, Money Order, Cashier's Check, Personal Checks. Credit Cards
are a plus 3.75% up-charge.

H. All rental rates include the use of the golf cart provided. For insurance reasons no one is allowed,
authorized, or able to operate the golf cart at the rental property under the age of 25.
