Rental Requirements / Policies: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. If you must smoke, please do so outside, and please, do not leave any cigarette butts on the ground. Thank you.

Pets are not allowed on the property or within the home.

Guests: No overnight guests are allowed without prior notification and approval from the homeowner.

Rental Rates (based on two person occupancy): Reservation deposit required: 50% of the rental fee rates commensurate with planned duration.Security deposit required: $750 - Security deposit required with final Rental Agreement payment. Security deposit will be refunded once the property is inspected and found to be in as found pre-rental condition.

Cleaning Fee: Weekly rentals: $160 cleaning fee extra.
Monthly rentals: No extra fee

ID Cards: $50 Temporary Resident ID Cards fee extra. (optional)

Golf Cart Usage: Golf cart usage (drivers) ARE restricted only to the renters listed on the Rental Agreement. See separate Golf Cart Rental Agreement.

Rental Policy: Deposit due within 7 days of booking.
