Rental Policy:
$1,000.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee
Payment deadlines are outlined on the lease agreement
Rent Risk Screening Service will be used to assist in screening tenants. A one time $60.00 processing fee is required and paid by potential tenant prior to the report being generated. The processing fee will be returned with the security deposit at the end of the leasing period should your application be accepted. Your report can be shared with other property owners for a period of 30 days.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.

** DISCLOSURE **
Security Cameras in use: There are two Exterior RING Cameras and a RING Doorbell Camera installed on the home. These devices allow owner to monitor the home from afar and provide a level of security during your stay. These cameras are located to monitor the entrances to the home only and in no way intrude on your privacy within the home.
The front porch directly in front of the door, the lanai entrance and grill area, and the driveway are the only locations monitored.

April 2025: Rent: $3,650.00 month - Plus 7% FL Use Tax
May & June 2025: Rent: $3,250.00 month - Plus 7% FL Use Tax

We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of an illness or other life event requires you to cancel your trip. Renting a vacation property from a private owner is very different from booking a hotel. When you book a vacation rental, we are removing the property from open listings based on your commitment to rent our home and we have entered the agreement in good faith.
