An optional temporary resident ID card, which is just $50 for 1 or 2 individuals (payable to The Villages), is highly recommended it allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident. This card is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sport pools, and priority admittance to some club activities.

No Pets. No smoking in the home, garage, lanai, or golf cart.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
