50% of total rent is due within at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
In the event of cancellation, the rental amount will be refunded if the property can be re-rented for the same amount and time period.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
