$1000 Security Deposit and remaining rental amount due 90 days before occupancy
$200 cleaning fee will be deducted from Security Deposit Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
Booking deposits and final payments are only refundable if the property is re-rented for the same period of time at the same rate.
Villages temporary ID cards are paid for by tenant ($50.00). This card provides access to all Village Facilities. Recommended for golfers.
