Taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, and daily newspaper are included. Rental Policy: $1000.00 security deposit required within 10 day of booking. Deposit returned within 14 days of end of occupancy if no damage has incurred. Security deposit and 20% of rental feeand $50.00 Guest ID due within 10 days of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
$175.00 Cleaning Fee on all bookings.

Booking deposits are only refundable if property is rented for for dates reserved. Rent based on 2 person occupancy. Guest are welcome but there is a $50.00 per person per week fee will be assessed.

Check out is 10AM Last day of Month
$50.00 Village ID additional. Paid to The Villages.
No Smoking or Vaping Allowed in the House or Garage or Lanai or Backyard.
No Smoking in Golf Cart. **The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided thru The Villages.
