Weekly rate $1000 (subject to availability) There is an optional $50.00 fee you can pay to The Villages for two temporary resident IDs good for the length your stay. It includes free access to all of the 29 executive golf courses, reduced fees on championship courses, access to sports pools, discounts at the movie theaters, and more. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, WIFI, and basic local and US phone service are included. Rental Policy: $500 security deposit 50% of Rental due at time of booking (non-refundable)Other 50% due 45 days prior to arrival (non-refundable unless someone else rents)$150 Cleaning Fee, $50 fee for Villages ID, No Smoking, No pets.
