Enter the villa via screened porch/lanai which includes glass top table and chairs. As you enter the villa, you will quickly see it is fully furnished with upgraded Southern Lifestyle furniture, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans throughout.

- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including Keurig coffee maker, teapot, toaster, electric can opener, all cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, ... Two eating areas: table with 2 chairs + elevated L-shaped countertop with 3 stools
- Relax on reclining sofa or loveseat with large screen 55" ROKU TV in living room, & sliding doors to outside patio
- Dining room has a large table, matching serving table, and four chairs
- Master bedroom has king size bed, large dresser with mirror, walk-in closet, nightstands, and master bath
- Guest bedroom has queen size bed, nightstand, large dresser, and guest bath
- Garage for one car and golf cart, washer, dryer and laundry sink. Golf pull carts and folding chairs are available for use.

All utilities, high speed internet, Daily Sun newspaper, trash, lawn service, bed linens, towels,... are all included. Very nicely equipped Yamaha EFI gas golf cart with rain enclosure, upgraded seats, retractable seat belts, USB/phone charger adapter plug, and roadside assistance are all included in the rental.

Temporary Villagers ID (optional) $50. This gives you access to 42 executive golf courses and 13 championship courses and ability to enjoy all village facilities including pools, recreation centers, endless activities, shows.

Rental Policy: $750 deposit and signed contract due within 5 days of verbal agreement. Deposit returned within 10 days after departure if there are no damages or missing items.
50% of total rental fee is due 90 days prior to arrival. Remaining 50% of total rental fee is due 45 days prior to arrival. $125 Cleaning Fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+
Rates are for 2 guests and are for calendar month stays. Only guests shown on booking form may stay overnight without prior arrangement with owner. Additional charge of $75/week for each additional adult guest (up to a maximum of 2). Sorry but NO children or pets and NO smoking.
