1 small trained dog allowed-must not be a barker (I use bark collars for my dogs)no cats allowed

Tile floors throughout are high gloss tile. Must wear grip socks or rubber soled shoes.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.

$1200. deposit ($1000 reservation/security deposit due-$200 cleaning fee) and the full amount is due up front to reserve immediately!

Security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks after stay is completed if all is 100% excellent condition.

Annually:
Renter pays electric/heat, phone, cable TV, internet (wifi) and $50 for Villages ID card
Owner pays taxes, water, garbage, sewer, and amenity fee.

(Monthly: Security Deposit and cleaning fee $1200. $1000 is returned within 2 weeks after departure if all is left as it was when you arrived.)

Renter's insurance is required and a copy of the policy must be provided. (Annual only)

$50 Temp ID to be paid upon your arrival at Lake Sumter Guest Services Desk.

I have had repeat rentals due to the location and nicer home goods within the home. I am 3 min walking distance to Spanish Springs Square.
