A 2-seater golf cart is included. Our home offers an open floor plan, and the kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and new flooring. It is complete with everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy meals including seating for four. In addition to the eat-in kitchen there is a separate dining area with seating for six and side board to make entertaining easy. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including a sofa and a loveseat, if you are hosting friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 50 inch HD 4K TV. New flooring has also been installed in the dining room, living room, hallway, master bathroom, and guest bathroom. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, an emergency weather radio, a large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV, and a full size closet. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens, as well as towels for the pool. And of course there is a charming screened in lanai with a love seat and two comfortable chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It is also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages. The patio will allow you to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine or enjoy a cold drink while you are grilling your favorite meal on the gas BBQ grill. Our home also offers a one and a half car garage with generous storage space and a utility sink.

Roku TV, You Tube TV, internet, electric, water/sewer, trash, and lawn service are included. Daily paper upon request. Temporary Resident IDs are an additional $50 per couple. Long term and annual rentals are available at a discount. Please contact the owner for more information. Weekly rentals are based on availability.

Rental Policy: No pets allowed. Check-in after 4pm on first day and check-out by 10am on the last day. A $700 security deposit is required to hold all reservations. The first month's rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. Booking deposits and first month's rent is only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented. The Security Deposit will be will be returned within 15 days of departure providing there are no damages other than normal wear and tear. A $200 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit at the end of your stay.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
