It's all about location! Our home is just a short walk to the nearest Adult Pool and mailboxes and a short golf cart ride to the nearest Family Pool, 2 Country Clubs and 4 Executive golf courses. Sumter Landing, the Colony Cottage Recreation Center, and the Colony Plaza are only a few minutes away via golf cart. The Amarillo floor plan has an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area. It also has a 2 bedroom and guest full bath area that can be closed off from the rest of the home for privacy via a pocket door. Our house has upgraded laminate flooring throughout the living area and is fully stocked with towels and linens. The full size kitchen has an glass top electric stove and oven, a new refrigerator and dishwasher and is outfitted with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, and crock pot. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Roku equipped 42" flat screen HDTV. The master has a highboy and lowboy dressers. One guest room has a queen size bed, full closet, and Roku equipped TV. The other guest room has a king size bed, dresser, desk, and full closet. The guest bedrooms and bath can be closed off from the main living area with the installed pocket door. However, there is access to the lanai from the back guest room. All of the bedrooms, the living room, and the lanai have ceiling fans. The living room is equipped with a 52" flat screen smart HDTV with a DVD player. High speed internet access and Roku streaming devices are included. We also have a portable crib/playpen available. Renters have access to a gas powered 2 seater golf cart and a gas grill. All taxes, utilities, internet, cable TV, trash, lawn and pest control services are included.
Rental Policy: A Reservation deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking. 50% of the rental, minus the $500 Reservation deposit, is due no later than 90 days prior to rental. The remainder of the balance is due no later than 45 days prior to rental. A $750 conditionally refundable Security Deposit and a $150 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee are required.
Check-In is at 10 AM. Check-Out is at 3 PM
This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
