Tenants must show credit worthiness.
Owner will pay for all taxes, water and sewer, trash, amenity fees (includes free golf on executive courses), lawn maintenance, pest control service, and two temporary village IDs for your stay.
Tenant will pay for electricity, cable, Internet, phone service, and renters' insurance.
Rental Policy:
$1,500 Deposit/Security fee (refundable if property is left in good repair) plus the first month's rent of $2,350 is due within 10 days of booking. Thereafter, rent of $2,350 will be paid monthly at the beginning of each month within the first 5 days of the month. A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required for a pet which must be less than 30 POUNDS.
Property is available from April 1, 2026 with a 1-year or 2-year lease.
Deposit will be returned within 14 days of lease expiration by certified check or bank draft after owner walk through.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
