Rental Policy:

Available. May through December. $3,000 per month through October. November and December $3,200
Security deposit of $750.00
All amounts are due upon signing the lease. All amounts are non-refundable, but landlord will seek to immediately re-rent residence. $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Tenants pay for Electric and Wifi services.

The security deposit will be refunded, within 1 week of departure after the end of rental period and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remote controls, security gate cards, golf cart key and mailbox key.

Cancelation: Booking deposit and fees are only refunded if the home is able to be re-rented.

Village ID cards for two adults can be purchased for $50. Check-in 4:00 PM on the first day of rental and Check-Out 10 AM last day of rental.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.

Rental Rates
