3. $1000 security deposit is nonrefundable if contract is not consummated; otherwise, security deposit will be refunded
within 15 days of departure/inspection contingent upon villa being left in same condition as rented.
4. Rent-in-full due 30 days prior to move-in date; payment to be made by certified check or money order.
5. NO SMOKING
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
