This house is equipped with a large flat screen TV in the living room and a 40" in the master, and High Speed Internet and Comcast cable are included. The Master Bedroom Suite contains a king bed, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and small desk for those that need to work. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are laid out in an open concept floor plan with a screened lanai. The lanai is furnished with a table for six and a celiing fan, and offers great privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and all the appliances needed for comfortable at-home living. In addition, there is a new gas grill for your BBQ use. With Temporary Resident ID's ($50 fee payable to TV) you can play any of the Villages executive courses for free. There are also many championship courses you can play for a modest fee. If golf isn't your thing, there is pickle ball, tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, swimming, bocce ball, horseshoes, running, biking, and much more.
Available long term agreements are welcome and negotiable.
Rental Policy: This property is non-smoking with an option for very small dogs negotiable. A rental deposit of 50% is due within 7 days of booking. This deposit is refundable at agreed upon cancellation timing. The balance is due 60 days prior to the beginning of rental term. $150 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit.
