This villa is all about convenience! It is less than a 5-minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square, Eisenhower Recreation Center, several smaller recreation centers, Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, adult, family and sports pools, and several golf courses.

You can easily leave the car parked and enjoy everything The Villages has to offer by golf cart.

COMFORTABLE AND WELL EQUIPPED

The villa features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and attractive wood-look vinyl plank flooring throughout.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, keyless entry, a BBQ grill, 10-speed bicycles available upon request, a raised front-loading washer and dryer, plenty of white linens and bath towels, and beach towels.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain, including a coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, mini chopper, mixer and other small appliances.

LOCAL OWNER - FAST, PERSONAL SERVICE

Although I don't live in The Villages, I live nearby and personally maintain and service my properties. I own three homes in The Villages, so if something does come up during your stay, I can usually address it much faster than a distant property manager.

I also have three other rental properties in The Villages if you are looking for something different or if your preferred dates aren't available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because most visitors to The Villages plan their vacations several months in advance, last-minute rentals can be difficult to fill. For this reason, travel insurance is strongly recommended and is generally an affordable way to protect your vacation investment.

If you need to cancel, money paid may be returned minus a $200 cancellation fee, provided the home is successfully re-rented for the same rental rate and dates.

If the home is re-rented for a lower amount, the difference will be deducted from the amount already paid. We will discuss the circumstances with you if this occurs.
