ALL TAXES INCLUDED, 2 seater gas golf cart, and utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, wireless internet and basic local and long distance phone service are included.

Rental Policy:
One month reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking.
Remaining rent and $750 security deposit due 90 days prior to occupancy, no refunds due to cancellation unless property can be re-rented.
$150 Cleaning Fee (deducted from security deposit)
$50 Temporary resident ID fee per person
Rates are for double occupancy only

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
