*This was our first time staying here. It was great! I met some really friendly people playing pickleball at Fish Hawk. Your home is so peaceful - no traffic and easy walking. Living Area - 2 sofas, love seat, Smart TV, DVD, WiFi.
Primary Bedroom - king size bed, Smart TV, walk in closet, en suite bathroom, linens, towels and hair dryer.
Guest Bedroom - queen size bed, Smart TV.
Hall bathroom, linens, towels and hair dryer.
Laundry - inside the home, top load washer, dryer, iron, ironing board.

Screened Lanai has a table and 4 chairs, 2 outdoor folding chairs.
Open patio and gas grill.

Golf cart with 2 front facing seats, 2 rear facing seats.

No smoking or vaping in the home or on the property.
No pets or pet visitors in the home or on the property.

Rental Policy: $1000 Security Deposit, $150 Cleaning Fee, $50 Villages ID - per couple (Optional).
Signed Rental Agreement, Golf Cart Release of Liability, and photo ID's required with security deposit and cleaning fee to reserve the home. Half payment for the rental period is due 90 days prior to the start date. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the start date. Rental prices are for two adults. Additional person is $150.00 per week. Limit 4 people total, exceptions must be approved.
Cancellation Policy: Monthly fees will not be refunded if canceled unless the villa is re-rented for the same period at the same rate. Security deposit and cleaning fee are fully refundable if cancellation is received prior to your stay.
Trip Insurance is recommended.
Confirm your health insurance provides coverage while you are traveling/staying in Florida.
Owner is a Licensed Realtor.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
