Located about 15 minutes south of Lake Sumter Landing, the Village of Tamarind Grove is centrally located and is close to Cane Garden Championship Golf Course, Seabreeze Recreational Center and the newest town square Brownwood Paddock. And it is also close to some of The Villages newest executive golf courses.

Our home was professionally decorated with Southern Lifestyles furniture and includes all the comforts of home. You can relax in the spacious and well appointed living room which features a sofa, loveseat, and chair with a ceiling fan, a 50 inch QLED high-def flat screen TV with cable and BluRay player. Wireless, high-speed internet is available throughout our home and on the lanai. A large sliding glass door opens to the fully-screened lanai with a ceiling fans The lanai looks out onto a spacious and very private paved patio and pergola.

All of this is on an oversized corner lot backyard featuring a perfect northeast exposure that provides a quiet and relaxing retreat that you can enjoy all day long.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, full bath with large, walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, ceiling fan and a LED flat-screen HDTV. Sliding glass door in the master bedroom also opens to the screened-in lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan, a 32 inch LED flat-screen HDTV and full bath. The third bedroom also has a Queen size bed.

The attractive and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, including a French door refrigerator, freezer (with ice maker), electric stove/oven, built-in microwave and dishwasher. The fully stocked kitchen includes an ample complement of dishes, silverware, cookware and other amenities for all of your cooking needs.

All linens and towels are provided, as well as a new full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum. The dining area features a large table with seating for 6 and two stools for casual dining at the bar.

Additional seating can be found on the lanai and patio. Patio is covered with pergola that features fans and soft lighting. The house also has an attached garage with space for your car and golf cart. A gas golf cart is included for your use.

The Residents Amenity Passes (a $50 value) for two adults are provided for rentals of at least 2 months and will give you the ability to live as residents. The passes allow you to play all of the golf courses at a reduced fee. You will have a reduced rate at the nearby movie theaters, access to ALL recreation centers, even the admittance to the sports pools.

To allow for cleaning, check in is between 4 p.m. and 8 pm. on the 1st day of your rental and check out is at 10 a.m. on the last day of your rental. The keys, gate passes, garage door openers and other remotes will be provided upon arrival and taken up the day of departure. A $50 fee will be assessed for any lost or missing remotes.

Rental Policy: A reservation deposit equal to 50% of your first month's rent is due within 7 days of booking. A $1000 refundable security deposit, plus the remaining rent, is due 45 days prior to your arrival. The refundable security deposit ($1000 minus a $150 cleaning fee = $850) will be returned typically within ten days after you complete your rental period and the property is inspected for damage and inventory. The cleaning fee of $150 will be charged based upon a four hour time frame to clean the unit, if more time is required, an additional $25 per hour will be charged.

The above rates are monthly for two adults and no pets. All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, and lawn service are included. Rates are subject to change without notice.
