The living room has a leather sofa with recliners as well as two additional recliners. The Entertainment Center has 5.1 Surround Sound with a new 55" 4K TV ( 2023 ) . Xfinity Cable and high speed internet are included.

Dining room table seats 6 with storage in the buffet.

Kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, glasses, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender etc. Overhead microwave and dishwasher. There is a cozy reading nook off the kitchen with a Queen Size pull out sofa bed and a new 43 inch 4K TV on a swivel wall mount.

Master bedroom with walk in closet, Ensuite bathroom with shower and very comfortable BeautyRest king bed.

Guest room has Queen bed and roll top desk where you can set up your computer. 46" TV on pivoting wall mount for watching from bed. Printer available for your use. Extra bedding and towels are stored in closet.

Enclosed Lanai has tiled floor with wicker loveseat and table with 4 chairs. Access to outdoor patio area with motorized sunshade. Four zero gravity chairs and outdoor end tables. BBQ also included.

All taxes, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service and long distance in the U.S. and Canada is included.

$500 Deposit/Security is due with 10 days of booking
$180.00 Cleaning Fee

Option to purchase a temporary resident ID for $50 per couple. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you our guests. Your visiting guests can receive a free guest pass to enjoy activities.
