The living room feature a new flat screen HDTV with DVR. Our home sits on a great site with a beautiful Lanai for your morning coffee or for entertaining friends. The Lanai has a new large table with 4 cushioned chairs. Enjoy coffee and meals on the lanai while watching your favorite shows on the HDTV in the living room.

Our home is equipped with a generous supple of linens, appliances & cook wear needed to make your vacation enjoyable. You will find it is a beautiful home to relax and/or entertain your family and friends!

Amenities include wireless Internet access (we recommend you bring your laptop), HD-Prism TV's in living room & master bedroom, furnished Lanai, a Washer & Dryer & professional landscaping.

All year Vacationing: If your vacation brings you and extended family to The Villages rent this home for the children &/or grandchildren. That way you get to keep your peaceful home & privacy while the 'kids' get to do their own thing. We will consider weekly rental during the summer and fall. Universal, Disney, Sea World & Busch Gardens are all about an hours drive away.
