Check in time is 3PM on the first day of the lease. Check out time is 10AM on the last day of the lease.

$50 (optional) temporary resident card for amenity privileges. Allows use of pools, recreation areas and golf on Executive Courses for free, and championship courses at reduced rates.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
