The attached bathroom has a walk in shower, two sinks and linen closet. The Guest BR has a wall mounted TV and mirrored dresser, bedside tables, large closet. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom, as well as the Living Area. The Guest Bathroom has a tub and shower in case you need a soak.

Sitting outside, reading the Daily Sun and having coffee is a morning favorite. The screened lanai is bright, cheery and comfortable with rug, outdoor sofa and two chairs. In addition, there is a side patio hosting two Adirondack chairs and pillows, perfect for reading and sipping wine.
Careful attention was given to the sun exposure when the unit was chosen. From about 11am to 4pm, the afternoon sun bathes the side patio, perfect for catching some rays with a good book. Feels wonderful, as your northern friends bundle up, shoveling snow.
The garage has a slop sink, storage shelving and houses a golf cart and one car. The gas powered golf cart is included with your rental.

The Village of Hawkins is ideally situated. A 5 minute golf cart ride takes you to Sawgrass for nightly live music and dining. The large rec center there hosts club meetings, card games, etc. Pickleball courts and a terrific Pitch n
Putt round out the fun. From Sawgrass you are a quick trip over the Southern Oaks Bridge to the new, much anticipated Eastport and surrounding golf courses. Our neighborhood pool is a 3 minute ride away and is easily accessible by walking. In addition, Hawkins boasts a beautiful walking preserve close to the home. We are handy to all the fun!
