Rental Policies and Payments.:

We want your rental experience to be nothing short of exceptional!
Your stay includes:
Electric, gas stove, home water filtration, Firestick TVs, high-speed internet, trash, and lawn service
No smoking is permitted on the premises.
The golf cart and golf cart garage are not available for guest use.
Temporary Villager ID:
Renters may purchase a Temporary Villager ID for $50 per couple, which grants access to all golf courses and amenities in The Villages. Please discuss this option with the owner at the time of booking.
Occupancy:
The property is designated as a single-family residence with a maximum occupancy of up to four guests.

Booking & Payment Terms:
Rental is secured upon signing the rental agreement and providing the following:
50% of $1,000 security deposit (prorated for weekly rentals)
50% of rent due at contract signing
The remaining 50% of rent/Security deposit is due one day prior to the rental period
$200 cleaning fee
A receipt is required to confirm and hold your reservation
Security Deposit:
The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, less any deductions for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning if applicable.
Lost gate cards, remotes, keys, and garage door openers are replaced at renters expense and will be deducted from the security deposit

Cancellation Policy:
90 plus days prior to check in, full refund of all payments
60-89 days prior to check in, 50% refund of payments made, plus security deposit
Less than 60 days prior to check in, no refund of payments made, but will refund security deposit
Early departures, no refunds
