You can also enjoy entertainment & dining at Sawgrass Grove Town center with live music daily from 5-9 pm. Can't find anything that tantalizes your tastebuds at Sawgrass? Well head down to family friendly Middleton Downtown area which boasts a variety of shops & restaurants to choose from. You are also a short golf cart drive away from Eastport, the newest town center, which is nearing completion. Eastport will offer recreation, golf, trails, parks, dining & entertainment with a European influence. You can stroll along brick-paved streets and admire beautiful Central Lake while enjoying the music.

Make yourself at home in our bright & airy open floor plan. If you feel like staying in for a meal, you can head to Publix at either Magnolia Plaza or Lake Deaton Plaza and pick up something to make a delicious meal at home in our fully equipped kitchen. Youll have everything you need to enjoy your morning coffee & breakfast at the expansive quartz counter or dinner with friends at the table in the dining area. You can also relax and enjoy an evening cocktail on the extended lanai.
When it's time to wind down, retreat to the master bedroom suite with King size bed, walk-in closet, master bath with double sinks & a tiled Roman shower. The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed with bath which can become a private suite when a pocket door is closed. There is also a 3rd bedroom with a sleeper sofa that can function as a den/office.

You can unwind and watch a movie while you kick-back on the leather reclining sofa in the living room. The property includes 4 Smart TVs with high-speed Wi-Fi/internet access for use with your own streaming services. Luxury planked vinyl floors are featured in the main living areas with carpet in the bedrooms. There is also a spacious in-unit laundry.

All bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels are included. Paper products including paper towels, napkins, toilet paper as well as dishwasher tabs, dish soap & laundry detergent tabs are stocked so you can come right in & start enjoying your stay.

**What is the difference between a temporary Lifestyle resident ID and a & guest pass?

*A temporary lifestyle resident ID Card will give you FULL resident member access to the amenities with resident rates.

*A Guest Pass pays guest rates for golf, tennis and other amenities. With a Guest Pass you will not be able to request advance T-times. A guest pass will not allow you to have access to sports pools or the woodworking shop and may experience difficulty accessing some shows and classes that allow resident entry first and then allow guests when there is available space.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
