Base rate includes 2x guests that are signed on the lease, visitors are welcome for a week or less. Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; And Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners are not responsible for any mail or packages.
No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Additionally, neighbors are friends here and pay attention to each other's homes. Therefore, please do not be excessively loud past 9pm.
Guests are permitted access to the entire home. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer.
Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines,
Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Violations will result in fines.
Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these.
Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.

Credit worthiness and past rental references will be required. Please note our renter application is mandatory.
Security deposit is $2500. The Lease will be confirmed when 50% of the lease term plus security funds are received and funds have cleared. Remaining balance of funds due no later than 14 days prior to rental start. Security deposit will we returned within 14 days of departure minus cleaning ($350) and any other charges which may accrue. If booking after Nov. 1, 2025, proration will be offered.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
