1) $1,000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking
2) Reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due within two (2) weeks of booking
3) Balance is due 60 days before your scheduled occupancy
4) $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit
BONUS: 7% Florida (Rental) hospitality tax fee is INCLUDED in rental price along with property taxes, utilities, WIFI, trash, and lawn service.
5) Check-in time, 3:00 pm; checkout time, 10:00 am ON THE LAST DAY.

Security deposit (minus $200 cleaning fee) will be returned once the property has been inspected. This will be done within 2 weeks of departure.

TOTAL refund (Deposit and payment) ONLY if home can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or rebooking fee will be charged.

Our home is PET and SMOKE/VAPE free for the benefit and comfort of our guests - this includes the garage and lanai.
