The house is located on corner lot across the street from Coconut Cove Recreation Center. Coconut Cove Rec center features a family pool, pickleball, billiards, bocce, horseshoes, shuffleboard, tennis, and gathering rooms.

With endless activities to enjoy such as golf courses, pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and more, this home is located less than two (2) miles from Lake Sumter Square, close to Spanish Springs. All squares offer nightly entertainment, shopping, and a variety of dining options. Come and experience all The Villages has to offer. (Temporary Resident IDs are available for $50. The Villages ID allows you to golf on any of the 44 Executive courses <$4.00 fee> OR any 16 Championship courses (extra fee applies) along with entrance to pools, movies, shows, recreation centers, etc.)

Rental Policy:
1) $1,000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking
2) Reservation deposit of 50% of total rental fee is due within two (2) weeks of booking
3) Balance is due 60 days before your scheduled occupancy
4) $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit
BONUS: 7% Florida (Rental) hospitality tax fee is INCLUDED in rental price along with property taxes, utilities, WIFI, trash, and lawn service.

Security deposit (minus $200 cleaning fee) will be returned once the property has been inspected. This will be done within 2 weeks of departure.

TOTAL refund (Deposit and payment) ONLY if home can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or rebooking fee will be charged.

Our home is PET and SMOKE/VAPE free for the benefit and comfort of our guests - this includes the garage and lanai.

No sub-lenting

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
