If you enjoy going out, our home is close to Middleton, which offers a wide variety of restaurants. Sawgrass which is close by offers music nightly , rain or shine and restaurants as well. Magnolia plaza is a short drive as well and there we have Publix and more restaurants as well as little boutiques. Eastport which is about 3/4 of a mile from our house. This is a huge plaza that will include a square, shopping, restaurants and an indoor sports complex and a beautiful Sunset Island to go and watch the lovely sunsets.
Let us not forget The Tracy which is a performing art center that has beautiful shows year round. If golfing is your hobby, we have 3 executive courses nearby and championship course as well as a driving range. Recreation centers offer pools and many activities throughout the day.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking and balance due 30 days before date of arrival.
$200.00 Cleaning Fee
If you need to Cancel:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded, less a $500 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 60 days before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.
- Cancellations made 45 days or less before the start of the lease will forfeit the entire amount paid unless the property is re-rented under the same of better terms and conditions. You will receive a refund less a Processing Fee of $550.

If there are Lost Items:
If keys to the home, gate passes, or garage remotes are lost, a charge of $50 per item will apply.

No reservation is binding until funds are received.

Please observe quiet time after 11 pm. No loud parties, smoking, or vaping inside the house, or garage. Evidence of smoking may result in withholding of the security deposit.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
