- $1000 security deposit and 50% of rental cost are due within 10 days of booking. Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after checkout, if no damage to home or cart.
- The balance of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to the start of the rental period.
- The rental fee is non-refundable unless the home can be re-rented for the same time period at the same rental rate. We suggest trip insurance.
- $200 non-refundable cleaning fee (deducted from security deposit).
