Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. One half of rent is due upon signing of contract and balance due
within 30 days of occupancy.
Security deposit minus $150 cleaning fee will be returned at completion of lease.
If desired, there will be a $250 pet security charge for pet damage which will be returned if there is no damage.
Check-in time is 2 pm on first day of rental and check-out time is 10 am on last day.
Rates are for 2 adults. Overnight guest are allowed with owner approval.
Cancelation policy: Once paid all fees are non-refundable. Strongly urge vacation insurance.
**Very nice Yamaha gas golf cart is provided with release of liability waiver and responsible for any damage.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
