Property taxes, all utilities, TV, trash, amenities fee and lawn service are also included for short term rentals and all included except power and internet on a long term rentals!

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking and rent due depending on time rented.
$150 Cleaning Fee and $50 villager guest pass due when you pick up your pass. Guests are also welcome & Pets are considered with an additional pet fee.
