-Designer home, beautifully decorated. The master bedroom includes a large walk in closet with a private bathroom, with dual granite countertop, large linen closet and large walk in shower with a bench. Our master bedroom also features a private entrance to our lanai. Our guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and large closet, complete with hangers. The third room is set in an office like atmosphere complete with copy machine, beautiful desk and cozy pull out couch. Our guest bathroom is located in between both rooms with a granite sink and all towels included. The rooms and guest bathroom are on the opposite side of our home, giving you and your guests privacy.

-BRAND NEW washer and dryer are featured in our interior laundry room. With BRAND NEW refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and electric stove. Our home is fully equipped with all linens, cookware, keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker.

-Cozy kitchen table that seats four in our kitchen with a granite countertop island. We have a beautiful dining room complete with a chandelier for those romantic meals at home.

- Our cozy lanai offers plenty of comfortable seating that has opening glass windows with screens and dual ceiling fans. Shades can be lowered for privacy.

-Guest passes are free and Amenities passes for a couple are $50.00 and be picked up and completed 30 days prior to arrival at Lake Miona.

Security deposit to be paid within 7 days after booking. Cleaning fee of $250.00 will be taken out of the security deposit and the remaining balance returned to you once the house and golf cart have been inspected after your stay. Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your stay with a completed golf cart waiver and rental agreement.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

All utilities, high speed internet, garbage ( twice a week) and lawn care are included in this price.
7% sales tax is not included. Longer than a month stay, prices can be negotiated.
