Rental Policy:

To Book A Reservation Please Call/Text or Email Us. After a Verbal Agreement is reached we will email you The Rental Application. The Deposit/Security of $1,000 is due within 7 days of the agreement along with 50% of the total rent. Exceptions to this policy may be considered. The 50% balance of the total rent is due 90 days prior to check-in, unless the rental agreement is decided less than 90 days from check-in in which case the full amount of rent will be due at the rental agreement time. The rental fees received are non-refundable unless the home can be re-rented for the same time period at the same rental rate.
Not included: Optional $50 ID card transfer fee, $150 Cleaning fee at the end of the lease..

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Family activities are available
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods with approval of the owner. Maximum of 4 individuals at any time without permission of owner.
