- Inside laundry has new efficient Maytag washer & dryer.
- Livingroom is open with comfortable seating, 55" TV.
- Lanai is enclosed and climate controlled.
- Bed linen, blankets, all bath linen, pool towels provided for your convenience.
- Laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, and toilet tissue in home.
- Wi-Fi, Apple TV and cable service including some premium channels provided.
- Two seater gas golf cart, two bicycles included
- Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Temporary resident ID's are provided for monthly or longer rentals. Not provided for rentals of less than 30 days, cost is $50.00 payable to The Villages when you arrive. Guest passes are free.

Rental Policy:
Owner will provide potential guests with a quote outlining all expenses as well as a lease agreement for those rental greater than 30 days. For monthly rentals price is for 2 adults. Only those listed on the lease are authorized. Any additional guest require prior approval. Maximum occupancy is 6. Approved guests staying with monthly tenants for more than one week will be charged an additional $100 per week.

Half of rental price, the $125.00 cleaning fee and a $750.00 ($350 for weekly rental) refundable security deposit due within 7 days of booking. The balance of the rental price is due 120 days (30 days for weekly rentals) prior to occupancy date.

Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to stay (May - November); 120 days for (December - April) otherwise refund only if unit is re-rented on equal terms.

Security deposit returned within 14 days of departure.

Rental will be assessed a 7% Florida Sales Tax.

Monthly rates are based on 2 person occupancy.

Check-in 3:00pm; Check-out 10:00am.

Our home is Pet and Smoke Free.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
