Rates are for 2 persons. Additional guests are $50 per guest per week. Maximum 6 person occupancy.

* Reservation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due within 30 days of booking. Remaining 50% due within 60 days before of occupancy.

*Cancelation less than 90 days prior to occupancy will forfeit down payment unless the property can be re-rented for the same period at the same price. A processing fee of $150.00 will be charged for cancellations for any reason.

Property taxes, utilities, Premium cable TV with 220 channels, trash, lawn service are included.

Rental Policy: $750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
