Price includes cable, internet, Wi-Fi, and gas golf cart. Home has two large flat screen TV; including a 50 inch smart TV in the living room. Weekly rates available!
Rental Policy: Deposit required within 7 days of booking. The home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, with gas golf cart included. King size bed in master bedroom suite, and queen size in second bedroom suite. Sorry no pets allowed: Fully-equipped kitchen, enclosed lanai with table and chairs, washer and dryer off kitchen, two folding chairs to bring with you to the square. The home is centrally located in the Villages, 10 minutes from Sumter Landing, 10 minutes from Spanish Springs town centers and 20 minutes from Brownwood. All areas are easily accessible by golf cart. The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

* Full rental payment due 90 days before start of the lease. If a booking is made less than 90 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due plus deposit.
* Mandatory $130 fee will be deducted from security deposit for professional departure clean.
* Optional lifestyle IDs cost $50 (max 2 IDs allowing access to golf courses, exercise facilities & activities) will be deducted from the security deposit. No refund once applied for. After arrival, you must pick up IDs at the Villages Sales Office in Sumter Landing.
* Check-in time is 3 PM on day of arrival & 10 AM on the last day of the lease.
* A neighbor looks after our property & will be happy to offer assistance during your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of a cancellation less than 90 days before arrival, (please notify owner by email or mail) 100% of rental amount collected will be refunded, minus a $300 administrative fee, provided the owner is able to rent the property for the same period and for the same amount; otherwise, collected funds will be forfeited. It is highly recommended to consider trip insurance.
