This home is equipped with everything you need including:
- linens, bath towels, pool towels, dishes, glassware, cookware, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker, chairs for the square, internet service, TVs with basic cable, and washer and dryer. Our hope is for this stay to feel like your home away from home as you enjoy all The Villages has to offer.
Starter supplies (coffee pods, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, etc.) have been provided so you can focus on settling in. The relaxing lanai offers an ideal setting for savoring your morning coffee or enjoying an afternoon cocktail with seating for four.

The location is ideal to enjoy all that The Villages has to offer.

- Walking distance to Pickleball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Cornhole, and Bocce at both the Moultrie Creek and Saluki Recreation areas.

The price includes all utilities, televisions, high-speed internet, trash and sewer services, lawn care, and pest control service.

Optional: Each household is allowed two temporary resident IDs each with a fee of $50.00. The Temporary Resident ID allows for the use and enjoyment of the amenities at The Villages including:
- 43+ executive golf courses (9-hole)
- reduced fees at 14 championship golf courses (18-hole)
- Sports pools activities
- recreation center classes
- and more.
After you get your Temporary Resident IDs, you can obtain Guest Passes for others on the lease and temporary visitors. Guest passes (free) give access to same as temporary resident ID EXCLUDING sports pools.

Rental Policy:
Contract will be mailed with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Once all parties have signed said contract and rental is approved 50% of total rental is due within seven days.

Remaining 50% of the rent due 90 days prior to the start of the reservation. All will be detailed on the contract. Security deposit due 14 days prior to the start of the reservation. Security Deposit will be fully refunded minus $200 cleaning fee within 7 days after inspection has been done and if no repairs need to be made.

Payment Methods:
All fees to be paid US Based Bank or Zelle. Any refunds will be sent back via same payment method as received.
*** Zelle is the Preferred method of payment followed by a check drawn from a US Based Bank.
Note that your reservation isn't guaranteed until 50% of rental amount is received.
