Deed and covenant restrictions apply. No one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days. Smoking/vaping allowed ONLY on back patio. No pets allowed. No subletting. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Check in/out times are flexible.

Renter pays:

If reservation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in, the total is due in 7 days of booking. Payments accepted: Zelle, cashier's check, personal check.
2 Resident ID's ($50 paid and pick up by renter) - golf at no additional cost on over 42 executive courses, access to 13 championship courses (fees apply), neighborhood and sports pools, pickleball courts, organized clubs and sports. Pick up and pay for Resident ID at the Brownwood Sales' Office.
7% Sumter County sales tax (rentals 6 months or less)
Tenant Screening $40 (Must be completed by applicant before booking)
