Host neighbors or friends as the kitchen is fully stocked, has a separate coffee bar, and plenty of table seating. The guests' quarters are separated from the living area with a pocket door for added privacy. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen size bed, wall mounted television, recliner, and desk. 2 Resident ID's ($50 paid and pick up by renter) - golf at no additional cost on over 42 executive courses, access to 13 championship courses (fees apply), neighborhood and sports pools, pickleball courts, organized clubs and sports. Pick up and pay for Resident ID at the Brownwood Sales' Office.
