Rental Process:
Deposit and first 50% of rent due within 7 days of booking; remaining balance 30 days before arrival.
Additional $200 ($250 with dogs) cleaning fee;
$50 temporary guest ID option.
Check-in at 3pm on the first day of the month (or first day of the short term rental)
Check-out at 11am last day of the month (or last day of the short term rental)
Cancellation: No refunds within 90 days of occupancy unless the property is re-rented at same price and dates. Trip insurance is recommended
Payments Accepted: Cashiers check, Venmo, and PayPal (3% fee on all credit cards)

Short-Term (nightly rates includes taxes):
May thru Oct: $113/night + $200 cleaning fee
November: $141/night + $200 cleaning fee
Long-Term (taxes and cleaning fee included):
May thru Nov: $3,308 to $3,508 monthly (varying $100 per dog)
December and April: $4,720 to $4,920 monthly (varying $100 per dog)
Jan to Mar (3-month min): $19,245 to $19,845 total (depending on pet status)
