Eastport will provide numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options. The Olympia Recreation Center will feature indoor pickleball, volleyball and basketball. The outdoor area will feature a softball field, pickleball, a sports pool, tennis courts and sand volleyball.

Waters Edge features the Shallow Creek Championship Golf Course, 18-Hole Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course, Live Oak, Loblolly, Longleaf, and Lowlands Executive golf courses.

NO SMOKING/VAPING/E-CIGARETTES in the home, lanai or golf cart. To be respectful to our neighbors, no loud music or parties.

No subletting or commercial/business operations may be conducted and the home address may not be used for those purposes.

Pet policy: one dog only (no cats, birds, etc.) up to 40 lbs and will incur a non-refundable $200 pet fee. Once the rental term ends, we will assess for damages and additional cleaning fees that will be deducted from the security deposit, if applicable.

Cleaning fee: $150 will be deducted from the security deposit.

Owner pays high speed fiber internet, trash, water, gas, electric, lawn care, pest control and amenity fee. For stays 6 months or longer, renter pays gas and electric.

Rental Policy: 50% of deposit due at time of booking (this also secures your reservation, along with the signed rental agreement). The remainder of the security deposit and full rental amounts are due 90 days prior to occupancy.

Cancellation Policy: 90+ days before arrival will receive a full refund. If booking is made less than 60 days prior to occupancy, then 100% of rent and deposits are due at time of booking. In the event of a cancellation within 90 days, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same period at the same rate. Less than 30 days prior to arrival all fees paid are non-refundable. There will be no refunds for early departures.

Payment options are bank wire transfer or check.

Long term rentals welcome - please inquire for rates.

Lost keys, gate cards, remotes and garage door openers are replaced at renters expense and will be deducted from the security deposit.

Guest passes may be obtained for two guests and the $50 fee is paid directly to The Villages at one of several recreation centers. Passes are not required but will allow access to amenities such as recreation center activities, classes, pools and golf courses. You must contact us directly prior to your stay in order for us to gather information we will need to have your IDs processed.

Monthly rentals required during peak season (October 1st - April 30th). Minimum one week rentals required at all other times.
