Our newly aquired At Ease cottage is officially for rent. Prime location between the 6s . Close to everything you need. Short golf cart ride to shopping in colony and the rec center. Only a a 15 minute golf cart ride to Sumter Landing. Very updated home with great privacy and amenities. You will truly feel at home here. We have a yamaha gas 4 seat cart for use if you choose. There are 3 bedrooms one is a den with closet and pullout sofa. There are tvs in every bedroom and living room.. The home has never been rented. New roof ac and hot water heater. Kitchen is spacious. There is a kitchen has table a dining room/table and patio umbrella with small table. The lanai is glassed in with maximum privacy. Several places in this home to relax and unwind

The house is well supplied but not over supplied. You will find the simple things you would expect. Gas grill on patio, hair dryer, iron and board, cusinart coffee maker, toaster,blender, kitchenware. Living room has a new 65 flat screen tv. Master has a new 43 flat screen and the den has a smaller flat scteen as well. Free high speed internet and tv iptv service with tons of options. The Village of Hemingway is a 10 minute ride by cart to 9 executive golf courses. Havana CC is across the street. The restaurant and bar there is very good.
