Whether riding on a golf cart or driving your car you are never more than 5-10 minutes away from Sumter Landing and all it has to offer such as nightly live entertainment and happy hour.

The house itself has beautiful tiled floors in the living area/bathrooms with carpet in all bedrooms and closets. Upgraded window treatments with plantation shutters and the screened in front porch area allows for cool cross breeze.

We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your vacation investment in the event of an illness, weather, or other life event requires you to cancel your trip. Renting a vacation property from a private owner is very different from booking a hotel. When you book a vacation rental, we are removing the property from open listings based on your commitment to rent our home and we have entered the agreement in good faith. Trip insurance will help cover costs so neither party needs to suffer a financial burden.

Utilities included: trash, lawn service, weekly spa service, electricity, gas, and internet. Hot tub is heated to 100 degrees,

Rental Policy: $1000 Security deposit due within 7 days of booking. Security fee will be refunded within 3 weeks of end of stay if no damage or loss exists. Rental balance plus $225 cleaning fee are due 90 days prior to start of rental period. Payment may be made by check or Venmo/Zelle. Monthly Rates run from 4pm on the 1st day of the month to 10am on the last day of the month

NO SMOKING in the house, on the Lanai or in the hot tub area.
PLEASE NO GLASS in spa area.

Cancellation Policy: Security deposit will be returned at time of cancellation. Once paid, within the 90 days, the rental fee will not be returned unless the home can be rented again. (I will try my best to do that). If re-rented, all monies will be returned.

Property taxes, utilities, trash, lawn service, and wifi, are included.
